2009 Annual Meeting

The annual HOA meeting will be held April 22nd at 7:00 P.M. at the pool cabana. If you live in Woodland Hills it is important for you to attend or fill out the proxy that was mailed to you. There are important instructions on the form for those that plan to fill them out, please read and understand them. Remember that if you give your proxy to another resident to cast your vote that you are giving them full power to vote for you. This can include them voting for themselves.

So to avoid any confusion plan to attend and be part of your neighborhood. If you are interested in running for a vacant seat follow the instructions in the mailing and become active in the decision making process.
