2011 Annual Meeting – Whats next?

Finally had a chance to read what was sent by the management company and speed bumps, new wall, heated pool, special assessment all could be on the way. How does this get paid for and when will our dues go up? Hard to belive that we can’t even get a policy on painting and fences and we move to the next level of improvements.
I hope all 330 homeowners show up tonight and let their voices be heard.
