New Management Company

I guess we are getting a new management company at the beginning of the month. According to PM they are done at the end of the month and I am assuming it is going to be Ameri-Tech Companies, Inc. since they sent an unsolicited guide to preferred vendors.

Time will tell and this is my assumption since the HOA board has not sent anything out on the change.

2011 Annual Meeting – Whats next?

Finally had a chance to read what was sent by the management company and speed bumps, new wall, heated pool, special assessment all could be on the way. How does this get paid for and when will our dues go up? Hard to belive that we can’t even get a policy on painting and fences and we move to the next level of improvements.

I hope all 330 homeowners show up tonight and let their voices be heard.

Pool Closing

The pool will be closed for repairs next week and the work will begin at 8:00 AM on Monday, June 28. The replacement of the rails should be completed by Wednesday, June 30, 2010. There will be a sign posted at the pool as well.
