		<description>I would agree, there are better ways to spend 10 grand if we have it laying around. The problem is that is seems people won&#039;t care until after the fact, and then complain.</description>

-Repairing the brick wall in the front of the community, we have cracks and areas that look like the brick is pulling away.
-The brick at the bottom of the Deer Run sign has cracked and separated slightly.
-Installing a pool heater in the community pool. This would extend the pool season for the community and we already have year round pool services.</description>
